Introduction for dead body transfer
IMPORTANT POINTS.
1. Documentation & Coordination
Family provides Death Certificate, Police NOC,
Embalming Certificate (if applicable).
Our team verifies and arranges necessary
clearances.
2. Ground Arrangements (Origin)
Ambulance pickup from hospital/mortuary
Body transported in a sealed coffin/casket to the
helipad.
Family members (if traveling) are escorted to the
helipad lounge.
3. PRE-FLIGHT FORMALITIES
Our ground staff assists with security clearance
The coffin/casket is respectfully loaded and
secured inside the helicopter.
Safety briefing provided to accompanying
passengers (if seats available).
4. HELICOPTER JOURNEY

Family members (1–2, subject to helicopter
capacity) may accompany.
Smooth and non-stop aerial transfer to the

Terms & Conditions for Helicopter transfer of Mortal Remains
1. Documentation & Permissions
The family must provide all mandatory documents before
the flight:
- Death Certificate (from hospital/doctor)
Police NOC (if required by law or local authorities)
Embalming & sealing certificate (if flight is long or as
per rules) - If documents are incomplete, incorrect, or delayed, we
are not responsible for any postponement or cancellation. - Our team may assist with paperwork, but final
responsibility remains with the family/organizer.
2. Booking & Payment
- Full payment must be made before departure.
Prices include helicopter flight and agreed ground
handling only. - Any extra costs (last-minute ambulance, helipad charges,
clearance fees, etc.) will be borne by the family. - Once the helicopter is dispatched, no refund is possible
(except if flight is cancelled by us due to safety reasons).
3. Weight & Space Limitations
- Helicopters have strict weight limits.
Coffin/casket must be within the agreed size and weight
specifications. - Only 1–2 family members may travel (depending on
helicopter capacity) - Excess baggage is not allowed; only small hand bags.

4. Flight Schedule & Delays
- All flights depend on weather, ATC clearance, visibility,
and government permissions. - Delays may occur due to bad weather, technical issues,
VIP movement, or safety concerns. - In such cases, our priority is safety, and flights may be
rescheduled or cancelled.
We are not liable for delays beyond our control.
5. Helipad / Airport Rules
- Family members must follow all helipad security checks.
Only authorized persons will be allowed entry. - Alcohol, tobacco, and sharp objects are not permitted.
The coffin/casket must remain sealed throughout the
journey.
6. Body Handling & Responsibility
- The body must be embalmed and sealed (as per
government norms) before air transfer. - Our staff ensures respectful and safe handling.
Once the coffin/casket is handed over to our team at
origin, we are responsible only for safe air transfer to the
destination helipad. - After landing, responsibility is transferred to the receiving
family/ambulance.
7. Cancellation Policy
- If cancelled by family before helicopter dispatch: partial
refund after deducting administrative/ground charges. - If cancelled after helicopter dispatch: no refund.
- If cancelled by us due to weather/safety issues: full
refund or free rescheduling (subject to availability)
8. Liability Disclaimer
- We act only as a transport service provider.
- We are not responsible for delays, emotional loss,
religious rituals, or decisions made by local authorities.
Insurance for mortal remains transfer is not included
unless specified. - Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of

9. Emergency Situations
- If weather changes suddenly during flight, the pilot may
divert to the nearest safe helipad. - In case of technical emergency, standard aviation safety
procedures will apply. - Families are requested to cooperate fully with crew
instructions at all times.
10. Conduct of Accompanying Passengers
- Passengers must follow all crew instructions.
Any misbehavior, refusal to follow safety rules, or
interference with operations may lead to denial of
boarding. - In such cases, no refund will be given.
11. Force Majeure (Uncontrollable Events)
- We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond
our control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters (storms, earthquakes, floods, etc.)
Air traffic restrictions or VIP movement
Strikes, riots, lockdowns, or government orders
Technical failures not caused by negligence
12. Customer Support
- A dedicated helpline number will be available during the
transfer. - Our team will provide updates and assistance at every
stage.
